Shipping Timeline & Delivery

All Physical Phones are currently in stock and available for immediate fulfillment. Once your order is placed, orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

In rare cases, delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays or external factors, but we will always provide the most accurate tracking updates available.

Mis-delivered, Lost, or Damaged Packages (Without Route Protection)

If you do not select Route shipping protection at checkout and your package is lost, mis-delivered, or arrives damaged, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Carrier investigations typically take approximately two weeks. Resolution timing depends on the carrier’s review process and prompt communication between the customer, Physical, and the shipping carrier.

Final outcomes, including refunds or replacements, are determined based on the carrier’s findings.

Route shipping protection (optional)

At checkout, Route Shipping Protection is added to your order by default for added peace of mind (it is optional, you are welcome to opt-out). When Route protection is selected:

  • Route manages claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Claims are filed directly through Route (claims.route.com)

  • Route determines the resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Route protection applies only to shipping-related issues and does not cover order delays, pre-order timelines, or changes of mind.

Damaged packages

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of what happened and evidence of the damage so we can determine next steps
