Welcome to Physical Phones. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms:

Product Availability

All Physical Phones are currently in stock and available for immediate fulfillment.

Products are shipped directly from our warehouse once your order has been processed.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once an order has been dispatched, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays or external logistical factors. We provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at all times.

Order Updates

Physical Phones may provide order updates at its discretion.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Lack of additional communication does not impact processing or delivery timelines.

Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may request a cancellation and full refund any time before their order has shipped.

To request a cancellation, email hello@physicalphones.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy.

Mis-delivered, Lost, or Damaged Packages (Without Route Protection)

If you do not select Route shipping protection at checkout and your package is lost, mis-delivered, or arrives damaged, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Carrier investigations typically take approximately two weeks. Resolution timing depends on the carrier’s review process and prompt communication between the customer, Physical, and the shipping carrier.

Final outcomes, including refunds or replacements, are determined based on the carrier’s findings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Physical Phones’ liability is strictly limited to either (a) delivering the product, or (b) providing a refund if legally required.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including inconvenience, missed deadlines, or expectations regarding delivery speed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.

Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

Understand all products are currently in stock and ship upon fulfillment
Agree to the stated processing and shipping timelines
Understand that delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions
Agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined above
